Role Overview
As a Growth Manager, you will be a key driver for our UK and International mid market growth. Your focus will be on identifying new opportunities and securing long term partnerships. You won’t just be selling apps; you’ll be guiding brands through complex digital transformations – supporting those just beginning their mobile journey as well as those looking to revitalize their existing digital strategy. You will lead strategic deals supported by a world class team of experts, including our CEO, CTO, and specialist Heads of Practice.
Responsibility Summary
You will manage the end to end sales cycle for the mid market segment, working toward a Year 1 target of £2.5m. You will be supported by a robust inbound pipeline from Marketing and our Strategic Partnerships function, while also taking a proactive approach to identifying and nurturing your own leads. You will manage approximately 20 high quality proposals per year, aiming for a 50% success rate by collaborating with our specialist Bid Management and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Deal Management: Guide the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and qualification to final contract signing.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a professional network of senior stakeholders and executives across the UK and Ireland.
- Pipeline Development: Identify new market opportunities while effectively managing and converting inbound leads provided by our Marketing team.
- Partner Collaboration: Work closely with our Strategic Partnerships Director to explore co sell opportunities with partners such as Braze, Airship, and Google Cloud.
- Industry Presence: Represent Apadmi at major events (RTS, Shoptalk, World Aviation) to build brand awareness and connect with potential partners.
- Internal Collaboration: Work alongside our Bid Management and technical leads to create bespoke, high impact proposals that address specific client needs.

- Digital Literacy: A strong understanding of the digital landscape, particularly how mobile integrates into wider platform and partner strategies.
- Strategic Approach: The ability to navigate complex, multi stakeholder deals with organization, empathy, and a focus on outcomes.
- Executive Communication: The ability to present clearly and build trust with C suite executives and senior leaders.
- Goal Orientation: A desire to meet targets and contribute to a team growing at % YoY.
- Market Awareness: An understanding of the digital product market, including clients, competitors, and industry trends. (A pre-existing network is a plus, but the ability to build one is essential).
