Job Description

Scottish Water Horizons is seeking a Graduate Project Manager as part of the 2026 programme. You will rotate through placements, gaining structured training and real-world responsibility, with a view to a permanent Project Manager role after three years.

Starting Day One on a permanent contract, the programme offers a starting salary of £33,000 with salary progression to £44,030 on milestones, and ongoing development in project delivery and stakeholder engagement within Scotland’s water
