Client Servicing Analyst – responsible for delivering top notch operational support, addressing client inquiries related to investment and accounting matters, and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Deliver prompt, precise, and comprehensive responses to client queries, efficiently resolving a substantial number of issues while ensuring client satisfaction and advocacy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a finance related or analytical field.
- Dynamic problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Natural curiosity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Intense desire to learn and improve daily.
