Escape Recruitment is supporting a global manufacturing business to hire a Graduate Manufacturing Process Engineer.
This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career, working on real process improvement projects while gaining hands-on shopfloor experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting process improvement, yield and scrap reduction projects
- Assisting with new product introduction from R&D into production
- Contributing to manufacturing scale-up and continuous improvement
- Gaining hands-on experience with quality and production teams
What we’re looking for:
- Engineering or Science degree
- Strong problem-solving mindset and interest in manufacturing
- Good communication skills
Nice to have (not essential):
- Internship or placement in a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to Lean / continuous improvement
