Specialist Practitioner District Nurse (SPDN)
Various Locations across West Lothian
Job Purpose
The District Nurse provides leadership for the delivery of patient care within an area of responsibility. The District Nurse has day-to-day managerial responsibility, including supervision and deployment of staff. The District Nurse will have responsibility for assessment of care needs, evaluation of care plans, ensuring the delivery of high quality care to patients. The post holder has responsibility and accountability for maintaining both clinical and staff governance.
