Governance & Compliance Lead – Data Protection & FOI

Job Description

National Galleries Scotland in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced governance or compliance professional to lead our corporate governance framework, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on equalities, Gaelic Language Planning, complaints, and organisational compliance.

You will advise senior leaders, develop policies, act as DPO and FOI Officer, monitor legislation, and train staff, collaborating with the Board of Trustees to promote openness and excellence in governance.
