Scottish Government OGD Recruitment is seeking an International Strategy and Capability Manager to shape Scotland’s global engagement. The role works across government, ministerial offices and SpAds to produce a coherent strategy aligned with domestic priorities.

The successful candidate will drive project management, policy development, and learning initiatives for Scotland’s international engagement while managing grant processes and ministerial clearances in a permanent hybrid role.
