We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Global Sales Manager to lead Micropack’s commercial growth across our key markets. This position oversees three regional sales managers (Americas, Middle East & Asia-Pacific) and has direct responsibility for Europe. You’ll lead strategy, grow partnerships, manage your region, and ensure consistent sales delivery across the globe.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor three regional sales managers; set targets and ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Manage high-value accounts across Europe.
- Develop and execute international go-to-market plans.
- Manage global distributor relationships and commercial partnerships.
- Produce sales forecasts and reporting for senior management.
- Support bid teams with high-value project tenders.
- Communicate market trends to product and engineering teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading international sales teams in fire detection, industrial safety, or automation.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience.
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain detection technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally ( 30-40%).
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of hazardous area regulations (ATEX/IECEx/FM).
