Catalent Bathgate, UK seeks a Manager, Process Excellence to lead global process governance for clinical supply systems on-site at Bathgate. You will own SOPs, gather requirements, oversee testing, and drive standardization across sites with cross-functional teams.

You will champion process excellence, monitor metrics, and mentor site SMEs while partnering with Quality, IT, and Operations to ensure compliant, efficient operations and continuous improvement.
