German speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Glasgow – Hybrid
Salary: 26,500 plus bonus

The Company:

Main duties:
Assist customers with bookings and any enquiries they may have
The role:
– Manage bookings from provisional to confirmed
– Provide support with bookings amendments
– Give advice to customers on different tours available to them
– Liaise with suppliers and create strong working relationships with them
– Quickly adapt to change such as accommodation closures or travel disruptions
The candidate:
– Fluent in German (written and verbally) – Essential
– Previous experience in a customer service role – Ideal
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
– IT literate
Salary: 26,500 plus bonus
