TownRock Energy and Heriot-Watt University invite applications for a Research Engineer to join a unique jointly hosted appointment, combining academic research with industry delivery in geothermal reservoir engineering across Scotland and Europe.

The role spans reservoir simulation, well engineering, and stimulation, with PhD-level training and hands-on industry experience; salary around £37,694-£47,389 per annum, 0.5FTE, fixed-term for 24 months, commencing late Summer or Autumn 2026.
