Role Overview
As a Park’s Motor Group General Sales Manager, you will be a dynamic and forward thinking professional who builds ongoing relationships with our customers and your team. This role is available at our Ayr, Coatbridge, Hamilton and Inverness locations.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Drive, ambition and excellent leadership skills.
- High level of commercial acumen and knowledge of the motor industry.
- Proven track record in maximising financial objectives, including budget, sales, profit and customer satisfaction indices.
- Ability to maximise both volume and profitability whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent written, analytical and numerical skills.
- Proactive management style that reinforces corporate values.
- IT literacy; knowledge of Kerridge software is desirable.
