V&A Dundee, in partnership with Heritage Portfolio, is recruiting a General Manager to lead the Food & Beverage operation at Scotland’s design museum. You will drive guest experiences and the financial performance, with strong budgeting and forecasting as a core focus, leading a high-performing on-site team.

The role requires senior hospitality leadership with full P&L responsibility and a track record of delivering growth through strategic partnerships.
