Experience Required:
Candidates who thrive in this role possess a robust background in construction management, particularly within power/renewables projects. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role is essential, demonstrating a proven track record of managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. Your ability to read and interpret technical drawings, coupled with a keen eye for detail, will be critical in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Strong leadership and communication skills are paramount. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and problem-solving. A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential issues before they escalate is highly valued.
In addition to technical prowess, a solid understanding of health and safety regulations is required. The role demands a leader who can foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring that all team members adhere to best practices and legal requirements.
