Head Resourcing Ltd seeks a Business Analyst / Customer Journey Manager with strong hands-on GBST Composer experience to support a major transformation in Edinburgh. This is not a technical development role and focuses on live business use and customer journeys.

The role requires understanding annuity processes, pensions and financial services, with hybrid working in Edinburgh (2 days onsite). 6-month initial contract at £500-£550 Inside IR35.
