Location: Meldrum House, East Kilbride.
Hours: 28.5 hours per week, permanent. Work pattern: Nights 10:00pm – 07:30am, 9.5 hours per shift (no unpaid break).
Salary: £30,700 – £31,577 per annum.

Social Work Resources promotes social welfare and provides effective care and support to vulnerable people in South Lanarkshire, in partnership with community planning partners, voluntary and independent providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide care for older people, preferably within a residential setting, and be familiar with all aspects of personal care.
- Construct a person centred support plan, implement, review, and evaluate its effectiveness for the service users for whom you have responsibility.
- Contribute to the assessment and review processes and administer medicines as prescribed.
- Shift and weekend working is essential.
Qualifications & Experience
- Hold a SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or an HNC, or be willing to work toward these qualifications.
