Responsibilities
- Be the face of the restaurant by delivering friendly, welcoming and helpful customer service.
- Deal with customers and ensure everything runs smoothly in customer areas.
- Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, and help organise special events.
- Look after customers’ specific needs and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and establish positive communication with customers at all times.
- Keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction and any issues that arise.
- Work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment and connect with customers so they feel valued.
Qualifications
- Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; a natural ability to work well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
- Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
