Frontline Team Leader – Personal Assistants (North East)

Job Description

ENABLE Scotland is seeking a Team Facilitator for North East Services, based in Dundee. 39 hours per week with a £30,900 salary. You will lead a team of Personal Assistants, supervise staff, manage rotas and promote person-centred support across services.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. You will work with the Service Manager to ensure high-quality, safe care and effective collaboration with families and external agencies.
