A vibrant social care organization is seeking a Team Facilitator in East Ayrshire to lead a team of frontline staff supporting individuals with learning disabilities. This role involves creating support strategies, managing individual budgets, and ensuring that people can achieve their personal outcomes. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, are required. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are necessary. The salary is £30,900 per annum plus on-call payment, with 39 hours of work per week.
