Job Description
I am seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial fit out in Edinburgh.
Location: Edinburgh
Duration: 30 weeks
Start: 20/4/2026
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit out projects, managing multiple trades
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid First Aid at Work
- Valid CSCS card
- Strong understanding of quality control, health & safety, and site coordination
- Ability to manage subcontractors and trades effectively
- Available to start immediately
Role Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of site operations
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- Liaising with clients, inspectors, and the wider project team
