Job Description
SRG are working with an exciting, fast-growing eco cleaning brand as they establish their first British production site. This organisation simplify cleaning whilst reducing plastic and water waste, producing laundry sheets and cleaning tabs. As a result of bringing their manufacturing in-house they are seeking an experienced formulation chemist to develop and scale their products.
The Role
The Formulation Chemist will play a hands-on role in product development and manufacturing. This is a rare opportunity to build formulations and play a key role in building a business for the future. Working across multiple product lines you will develop and optimise formulations and design effective surfactant systems to deliver strong cleaning performance.
This role will be involved in all aspects of product development from R&D through to manufacturing.
The Right Person
- Demonstrable prior formulation experience
- Strong understanding of surfactant systems
- Experience developing solid delivery systems
- Experience in home care products is preferred
- Prior leadership experience is preferred
