Forklift Driver (Manufacturing Goods-In/Out)
Job Description
On behalf of a client, who are a specialist national manufacturer based in Eurocentral area, we are seeking a forklift driver to join their goods-in team with an excellent chance to go permanent in due course.
Your Time at Work
- Role involves operating a counterbalance forklift truck for the majority of the shift.
- Moving palletised stock from the production area to storage.
- Loading and unloading trailers
- Taking goods-in and recording raw materials entering the warehouse.
- Ensuring safety and meeting quality standards
Our Perfect Worker
- Previous experience in a busy distribution centre or manufacturing warehouse is desirable
- Forklift licence must be current / refreshed in the UK in the last 3 years.
- Comfortable working near machinery
- Reliable and committed to working a rotating shift pattern
- Own transport may be required due to location and shifts.
Key Information and Benefits
- Rotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday

- Regular overtime available and paid at 1.5x & 2x.
