Food & Beverage Supervisor – Guest Experience Leader

Job Description

Meldrum House Hotel is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support day-to-day operations in the Pineapple restaurant, outdoor domes, and private event areas. You will help maximise revenue through excellent service and guest rapport.

You will manage a team, maintain cleanliness and presentation, handle opening/closing of the Restaurant and Bar, and assist with payroll and scheduling while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
