Role
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will deliver a high level of service to all guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
- Work across the restaurant, dining domes, and private event rooms.
- Receive guests, take orders, serve food and drink, and process payments accurately.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly environment that promotes guest loyalty.
- Gain knowledge of menu offerings and maintain food and alcohol standards.
About you
- Demonstrate excellent customer service standards.
- Show a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to welcome guests.
- Be able to multi task and organise a variable workload.
- Bring personality, ideas, and enthusiasm to the team.
