Food and Beverage Team Member Lochside House Hotel Full Time
We are looking for Full time Restaurant and Bar Staff at Lochside House Hotel. Reporting directly to restaurant management, the successful applicant will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. The successful applicant may at times be required to work within the functions team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Take orders, upsell where appropriate, and engage with guests to provide excellent service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and dining areas.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Process payments accurately and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Flexible availability, including midweek, evenings, and weekends.
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing personality.
- Previous restaurant experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Must be over 18 due to licensing laws.
