Overview
ProMatch is recruiting Flower Packers for a busy seasonal period in Montrose. This temporary assignment runs for around 5 weeks, with an expected start date in early March (weather dependent).
You’ll be joining a friendly, fast-paced warehouse team supporting the packing of flowers during one of the busiest times of the year. Shift patterns vary depending on order volumes and a mix of full-time and part-time opportunities can be offered to fit around your lifestyle.
About the role
You’ll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment packing bunches of flowers for distribution to clients. Shifts are typically:
- 8am to approx. 4.30pm (hours may vary depending on workload)
- Monday to Sunday rota
- Full-time and part-time applicants are welcome
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a manual or warehouse role is preferred
- Comfortable working on your feet in a busy environment
- Ability to count and check quantities with accuracy to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly
- Reliable, punctual and able to work at pace
- Able to commit to the full length of the assignment
- Own transport is preferred as the site is in a remote location with limited public transport
Pay Rates
- Aged 21+: £12.21 per hour, rising to £12.71 from 6 April, with £15.20 per hour for overtime (hours above 39 per week).
- Aged 20 and under: £10.00 per hour, rising to £10.85 from 6 April, with £11.60 per hour for overtime (hours above 39 per week).
