Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Band 5 Registered Nurse to join the Flow Navigation Centre on a rotational basis across the Virtual Hospital and Acute Assessment Units at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow.

You will deliver a telephone-based clinical service, triage referrals using established pathways, and act as a single point of contact for referrers and professionals across hospital, community, and social care services.
