Role: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Glasgow
Salary: 36,000 – 43,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
- Respond to client callouts with precision, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients to address concerns and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Maintain detailed records and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and Health & Safety legislation, ensuring a safe work environment.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- At least 3 years in servicing Access Control, CCTV, Intruder, and Fire Alarm systems.
- Thorough knowledge of Fire and Intruder Alarm standards. CSCS/ECS/IPAF certification and Gent Fire experience are desirable.
- Excellent customer service, strong teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- A full, valid UK driving licence (Essential).
