Job Description
We represent a globally renowned semiconductor organisation going through a period of reviewing and improving their internal processes.
As such, a new opportunity has arisen for a senior and experienced business controller to lead one of their Business Units.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organisation. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial meetings
- Complete financial planning and analysis: rolling forecast, budgets, business case reviews and collaboration with BU Management to drive financial performance
- Order-to-cash insights
- Process improvements associated with closing, planning and reporting
- Strong IFRS knowledge
- Revenue recognition fundamentals and FX awareness
- Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
Qualifications
- Strong and proven background in business control or FP&A
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or related field 8+ years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- IFRS knowledge is key
- ERP usage, NetSuite experience is preferable
- Business partnering experience with proven ability to influence non-finance stakeholders, professionally challenge, and turn data into decisions.
