Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Based in either our Larbert or Skelmersdale office, you’ll work on-site Monday to Thursday, with Fridays reserved for home working and an early finish at 1:00 pm.

What You’ll Do

As Finance Business Manager, you will lead the central overhead forecasting process while supporting the wider function within the AD Business Unit. You’ll provide high-quality financial analysis and insight, partner with stakeholders across the business, and help drive better understanding and control of costs to support effective decision making.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a commercially minded and analytical finance professional with strong systems and Excel capability, who is confident working across functions and influencing stakeholders at all levels. You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable challenging existing practices to drive continuous improvement in a fast paced, complex environment.

Bonus if you have

CIMA / ACCA / ACA part qualified or fully qualified

Experience of working in a large, multi site or global organisation

Experience using Syspro and/or Hyperion
