Pinsent Masons is seeking a Finance Lawyer (3-6 years PQE) to join our market-leading team in Manchester, Birmingham or Edinburgh. You will advise on sophisticated financing transactions, ranging from bilateral facilities to large syndicated and cross-border financings, across lenders, investors, and borrowers.

You will work with partners across our national Finance practice to deliver practical, commercially focused advice, supporting business development and client relationships in a dynamic,
