As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making across the business. You will work closely with various departments to analyse financial performance, provide actionable insights, and drive improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled finance professional to make a real impact by helping the business achieve its financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop budgets, forecasts and financial reports that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Analyse financial data and performance metrics to deliver insights and actionable recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Prepare financial presentations for senior management, including variance analysis and trend insights, to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted business partner and providing financial guidance to drive strategic decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing reporting on financial performance against targets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiencies and drive operational excellence across the business.
  • Deliver financial training and support to non-finance staff, enhancing financial literacy and understanding throughout the organisation.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CA, CIMA)
  • Strong understanding of management accounting, financial analysis, and business partnering.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet strict reporting deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-finance teams.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision making.
