Description
- Process and manage supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Respond to supplier queries and maintain positive relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for audit purposes.

Profile
A successful Finance Assistant – AP should have:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
