We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our company’s financial records and ensuring accuracy in financial transaction
Duties
- Purchase Ledger
- Supplier Statements Reconciliations
- Supplier Payments
- Key Supplier Analysis
- Credit Terms / Credit Limits
- Process invoices and expense claims
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
- Assist in preparing financial reports
- Handle general administrative tasks related to finance
- Support the finance team in day-to-day operations
- Sales Ledger
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- AAT qualification or equivalent accounting certification
