As a Finance Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of the finance function, working in a collaborative team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support with various financial tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Processing Purchase Invoices
- Receipting Purchase Orders
- Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Setting up new Supplier Accounts
- General finance administrative duties
- Credit control
- Must have experience with C.I.S (Construction Industry Scheme)
What You Will Need:
- Previous experience in a similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- C.I.S experience is essential
