We re looking for a talented and organised Finance Administrator / Operations Executive to join our friendly Operations Team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator:

No two days are the same at Quorum! You ll play a key role in supporting our finance and operations functions, ensuring everything runs efficiently and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and issuing invoices and purchase orders
  • Processing staff timesheets and expenses
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems
  • Preparing reports and assisting with month-end processes
  • Managing supplier payments and purchasing activity
  • Handling customer, supplier, and internal queries via phone and email
  • Providing wider administrative support from reception cover to travel bookings and pre-employment checks

What We re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar finance admin, bookkeeping, or operations role
  • Strong knowledge of sales invoicing and credit control
  • Confidence performing bank reconciliations
  • Advanced Excel skills and a knack for data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using Xero (bonus, not essential)
