We are now looking for a Field Service Technician to join our growing service team in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their technical career who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering excellent customer service in a hands on environment.
About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by ensuring our products are installed, maintained, and operating at their best. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installations, routine maintenance, repairs, and customer training on Peak Scientific products
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support
- Deliver a high standard of service aligned with a “right first time” approach
- Produce clear and accurate service reports following each visit
- Manage and maintain your service inventory and van stock
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure seamless customer support
- Escalate complex customer issues where required
- Continuously build your technical knowledge across the full product range
What We’re Looking For
- Technical qualification in electronics, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics
- Hands on experience or knowledge of electrical, mechanical or hydraulic systems
- A proactive and self motivated approach, with the ability to work independently
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanishand English (professional working level)
- Full, valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently
