We are now looking for a Field Service Technician to join our growing service team in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their technical career who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering excellent customer service in a hands on environment.

About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by ensuring our products are installed, maintained, and operating at their best. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to deliver a consistently high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out installations, routine maintenance, repairs, and customer training on Peak Scientific products
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support
  • Deliver a high standard of service aligned with a “right first time” approach
  • Produce clear and accurate service reports following each visit
  • Manage and maintain your service inventory and van stock
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure seamless customer support
  • Escalate complex customer issues where required
  • Continuously build your technical knowledge across the full product range

What We’re Looking For

  • Technical qualification in electronics, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics
  • Hands on experience or knowledge of electrical, mechanical or hydraulic systems
  • A proactive and self motivated approach, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanishand English (professional working level)
  • Full, valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently
