An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Field Service Engineer to join our Service division. Based in Barcelona, you will carry out service visits within Iberia and other European countries, covering Peak Scientific, Industrial and third-party products to maintain the local installed base in operational condition. Approx. 75% of your time will be traveling within the EMENA region.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine maintenance, emergency repairs, installations, training, and general support to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer service requests via phone and email.
  • Provide clear, accurate service reports through the mobile CRM for all work completed.
  • Maintain and replenish personal parts stock and complete inventory checks as required.
  • Support other Field Service Engineers/Technicians in the region when needed.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, logistics, engineering and production to ensure strong communication and customer support.
  • Proactively develop and expand your knowledge of the full product range

What you will bring

  • Strong background in industrial mechanics with proven ability to read pneumatic diagrams.
  • Knowledge of electricity and electronics, including understanding electrical schematics to support troubleshooting is disabled
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines using effective problem solving skills.
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently/autonomously.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential to communicate with clients and colleagues.
