The Challenge:
As an Industrial Capital Equipment Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, identifying and securing high-value opportunities within the Scottish industrial landscape. You’ll build strong relationships with key decision-makers, showcasing our cutting-edge equipment and demonstrating how it can optimize their operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and understand their specific needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of our equipment and its competitive edge.
  • Navigate the complexities of capital expenditure (capex) sales cycles, demonstrating a strategic understanding of securing large-scale purchases.
  • Foster long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (engineering, service) to ensure a seamless sales process from initial contact to successful implementation.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in the industrial capital equipment sector.
  • An in-depth understanding of the Scottish industrial landscape and its specific needs.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • A skilled negotiator with a strong track record of closing complex deals within capex cycles.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set your own targets.

The Rewards:
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary of £32,000 with yearly increments based on experience and performance. On-target earnings have realistic potential of reaching £65,000 with an uncapped earning structure and lucrative incentives for exceeding targets. A fully expensed company car is also provided.
