Job Description

Field Care Supervisor – Domiciliary Care

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

An established care at home provider operating across Glasgow and the West of Scotland is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to support the quality, safety, and consistency of community-based care.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out quality assurance visits, spot checks, and support visits
  • Complete carer introductions and observe practice in the field
  • Support client reviews and care plan updates
  • Conduct medication competency observations
  • Coach and support Care Workers
  • Escalate safeguarding and documentation concerns
  • Participate in the on-call rota and cover emergency calls

Requirements

  • Experience in domiciliary or community care
  • Senior Carer, Team Leader, or Field Supervisor background
  • Good IT and record-keeping skills (Birdie advantageous)
  • SSSC registration (or eligible)
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
  • Eligible for PVG checks
  • Sponsorship not available
