Places for People is seeking a Customer Service Technician to join the Places Developments team in Scotland. Field based across Edinburgh & Lothians with travel across Scotland.

You will resolve defects in occupied homes, ensuring exceptional customer care and high workmanship standards while maintaining safety and quality. You’ll work closely with the Customer Service team to keep residents informed.
