Field-Based Client Support Advisor

Job Description

Social Security Scotland is seeking a Client Support Advisor to provide face-to-face assistance in West Lothian and nearby areas. You will build rapport and help clients understand the benefits they may be entitled to through tailored one-to-one support.

You will travel across neighbouring Local Authority areas, including Edinburgh, Midlothian and East Lothian, with occasional coverage in the Scottish Borders, upholding dignity, fairness and respect as an ambassador for Social Security Scotland.
