Carnoustie Golf Links Ltd is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor in Carnoustie to lead operations across The Rookery Restaurant and Maxi’s bar. This is a permanent role, with an average of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily food and beverage operations, manage staff, and ensure a first-class service experience. Strong interpersonal skills and operational expertise in a restaurant setting are essential to drive guest satisfaction.
