Food & Beverage Host
The Food & Beverage Host will welcome guests with a warm, energetic presence, creating an inviting atmosphere and ensuring every customer feels valued. Responsibilities include preparing drinks, overseeing food service tasks, maintaining a clean environment, and delivering outstanding service in a fast paced, 24/7 casino setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, providing a welcoming first impression.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items following service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bar, and service stations.
- Assist in delivering an outstanding guest experience, resolving issues promptly.
- Support bar and kitchen staff during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic with a genuine smile.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for people.
- Experience in food and beverage is a bonus but not essential.
- Must be 18 years or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Ready to work night shifts, weekends, and flexible hours within a 24/7 casino environment.
