F&B Assistant, Hotel du Vin
Rate of Pay: £12.81 + Tronc
Type of Contract: Full or Part Time Considered

Responsibilities
- Be the face of the restaurant, controlling the flow and communicating with the Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.
- Work flexible shift patterns – we are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with busier evenings and weekends. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
- Assist with training and development, ultimately progressing into F&B management roles.
- Bring a passion for great customer service and a willingness to learn new skills.
