Family Wellbeing & Support Practitioner

Job Description

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified Wellbeing Support Worker in Scotland to assess and provide practical help to families, addressing wellbeing needs and risks. You will work with partner agencies to promote positive outcomes and contribute to group work activities.

You’ll record service user information, measure impact, and sometimes work alone with flexibility. Travel within Fife may be required; PVG scheme membership is expected through Disclosure Scotland.
