The role As Family Law Paralegal, you’ll get involved in every stage of family law casework, including:
- Booking client appointments and keeping them in the loop
- Taking precognitions and coordinating witnesses
- Drafting Minutes of Agreement and other legal documents
- Helping prepare Affidavits
- Putting together schedules of matrimonial property and checking vouching
- Handling correspondence with clients and other parties
About you
- At least 2 years’ experience in family law
- Driven and motivated to deliver a first-class client experience
- Great people skills
- Comfortable working towards KPI targets
- Personable, detail-focused and confident
- Happy to pitch in and support the wider team
