Facilities Technician – Flexible Hours for School Estate

Job Description

City of Edinburgh Council is looking for a Facilities Technician to join the James Gillespie’s High School (Darroch Annexe) team. You will carry out day-to-day FM, janitorial and DIY tasks across school buildings, including basic repairs, cleaning support, security and grounds work, ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment for pupils and staff.

You will work a rotating pattern with early/late shifts and part-time options, with PVG scheme checks and robust safeguarding in place.
