Job Description

Facilities Porter, 15.5 hour Post Based at Caithness General Hospital Wick

We are currently seeking to recruit a Facilities Porter to join our team at Caithness General Hospital Wick. The successful applicant’s role will be to provide services to Catering, Laundry and Domestic services.

Location: Caithness General Hospital, Wick.

  • Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness in line with local infection control policies, Covid 19 guidance, NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specification, and Waste Regulations.
  • Meet specified cleaning schedules and promote and maintain high standards of cleanliness within the environment.
  • Provide specified Laundry Services to the standard of NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specifications.
  • Work on a 5 week rota which includes weekend shifts.
