In this role, you will be managing the operations of multiple domestic and commercial properties throughout Scotland and the North of England, ensuring that all pre planned maintenance and breakdowns are coordinated efficiently and to a high level of quality for the tenants and customers. The role would suit a Facilities Manager looking to take the lead in a high responsibility, high autonomy position and develop their career within a market leading company.
The Role:
- Managing a large portfolio of properties across Scotland and the North of England
- Office based with occasional travel
- £38,000 – £40,000 + Training + Progression
- Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm
The Person:
- Facilities Manager
- Experience managing multiple sites
- Hard FM experience
- Commutable to Glasgow
